Best Print Plus – Return & Refund Policy

At Best Print Plus, customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which items may be returned or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange if any of the following apply:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered
  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with its original packaging and labels
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used toner/ink cartridges (unless defective)
  • Software, digital goods, or download codes
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support via email or phone with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return
  2. Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions

4. Return Shipping

  • Within Ghana: We may arrange for pickup or direct drop-off at our designated location
  • From Neighboring Countries: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error is ours

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when a return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product)


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method:
    • Mobile Money
    • Bank Transfer
    • Debit/Credit Card
  • You will receive a confirmation once your refund is issued

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered based on stock availability
  • If the preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

7. International Returns (Neighboring Countries)

  • Customers outside Ghana must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit
  • Import/export fees, if any, are borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

8. Customer Error or Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to natural causes or customs clearance
