1. Eligibility for Returns

- The wrong item was delivered

- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with its original packaging and labels
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used toner/ink cartridges (unless defective)
- Software, digital goods, or download codes
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable”
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support via email or phone with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return
- Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

4. Return Shipping

- From Neighboring Countries: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error is ours
